It is pleasing that there is continued interest in the Insomnia Solved paperback book, but if you are trying to find a copy, you may discover that it is “out of print.” Fortunately, it is still available! It has been published as Sleep Through Insomnia by Sourcebooks.
The original text was self-published in 2018 to provide a resource for those interested in self-guided cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTI). The Insomnia Solved online program was created to meet this need, and many participants were interested in a printed version of the accompanying eBook. To meet this demand, and to save people the inconvenience from simply printing the text at home, the eBook was published in a paperback format through Amazon’s direct-publishing platform.
Fortunately, the book sold well and caught the interest of a traditional publisher, Sourcebooks, who wanted to update the text with improved figures. This was released in January 2020. It is now available in both paperback and Kindle editions through Amazon.
Therefore, if you are interested in purchasing a copy of Insomnia Solved, simply get the newer version called Sleep Through Insomnia on Amazon. Rest assured: it is the same text as the original with improved figures and formatting. It can be a great resource to resolve insomnia, so check it out!
